Saturday Night, instead of going to Tao with all the Jews, I ended up going to UNLVino inside The Bally's Hotel. That was so much fun! It probably also worked out for the best. UNLVino was a large convention space with lights, air conditioning, and unlimited booze. Tao would have been a loud, cramped, dark nightclub with 1,400 Jews complaining about over-priced drinks. I think I made the right choice.
Sunday Night I had to miss Opening Ceremonies because I had a show inside The King's Comedy Room at The Rio! It was a great choice, I was pretty funny, even though the crowd sucked.
On Monday I was at TribeFest in an official capacity. I helped the Gift Of Life collect new donors for their Bone Marrow Registry. We had nearly 200 TribeFest Participants sign up in just a matter of hours. Marc Chibnik was also collecting new donors - Marc personally is in need of a transplant, so he is one person who could be saved by a match.
It's a 1 in a 1,000 chance of a donor matching someone in need ... but in this town, we've played odds much worse than that!

After doing such a wonderful mitzvah, I was than rewarded with lots more of Free Booze from the TribeFest Open Bars!
I'd like to say Shalom to all my friends who visited Las Vegas this weekend, and I hope you come back soon!
